Porter's Partners with alpine Humane Society
On June 18, 2022, our Porter's team in Alpine, Texas, set up on our location's parking lot from 11 am to 1 pm; to help serve our community in a partnered event with the Alpine Humane Society. Porter's made delicious warm burgers, sausage wraps with all the fixings, and drinks to sell to our customers. Proceeds earned went to the Alpine Humane Society organization. Not only were we keeping our loyal customers fed, but we also raffled a Green Mountain Grill for added efforts to the "AHS" program.
The Alpine Humane Society was created to help our furry friends find a loving home through on-site adoptions. “Working to ensure every animal has a full and rewarding life.” ~AHS.
The Alpine Humane Society not only encourages adoptions but also offers various services like spay/neuter funding, medical assistance, and community education.

After a fun-filled day of eating yummy food and playing with the loving dogs Euphrates and Penelope, we came together as a community and ended the day with tremendous success. Porter's raised more than $3,500; along with the money raised, our generous and caring citizens of Alpine, Texas, brought many pet food and supply donations.
